In addition, law enforcement officers can create templates and forms for agency documents that are used again and again. Learning how to use these advanced tools reduces the time required to produce agency documentation while providing a professional, manicured document. Major topics to be covered include: Using Section Breaks and Styles; Working with Headers and Footers; Creating Outlines; Making Table of Contents and Indexes; Using Templates and Wizards; Using Forms; Creating Customized Templates and Forms; and Mail Merge. The prerequisite for this course is Using Microsoft Word.
