This three-day course assists officers in comprehending modern management and leadership concepts. Topics include: Ethics and Public Integrity; Leadership Methods and Methodology; Organizational Change; Succession Planning; and Motivation and Mentoring. This course will begin at 8:00 a.m. and conclude at 5:00 p.m. each day.
