This course is designed for officers who have completed Officer Safety and Communications Spanish or have previous Spanish training. Officers will review the rules of Spanish pronunciation and will be introduced to enhanced numbers and the numbering system. Spanish DUI-DWI vocabulary and Standard Field Sobriety Testing will be instructed. Students will learn short-cuts to sentence structure and specific offense questions, and will review arrest/traffic commands and be introduced to enhanced arrest commands. This course is not for officers with no previous Spanish training.
