24 Hours
This three-day course will allow officers to dialogue with the instructors about the challenges and successes they have had as supervisors. In addition, students will be exposed to additional topics in management and leadership, including: Performance Evaluations; Progressive Discipline; Dealing with Difficult Employees; Managing Street Risks; Stress Management; Effective Report Writing; and Public Speaking Fundamentals. This course will begin at 8:00 a.m. and conclude at 5:00 p.m. each day.
