Effective Report Writing

Well-written police reports can be instrumental in solving a case or winning a lawsuit. Reports have to be factual and easy to read. This six-hour block of instruction will provide a concise and practical presentation of effective narrative report writing techniques for the law enforcement professional.  Designed for officers of all experience levels, the program will include lecture, video and handouts on a wide range of critical writing skills.

• This class is 6 hours.
• Class hours are 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
