14 Hours
To be a good supervisor, you must be a good
communicator. Communication requires a tremendous amount of
interpersonal interaction, an area that makes many people
uncomfortable. This two-day course is designed to instruct
participants in ways to diffuse the conflicts that law
enforcement supervisors find themselves in as they perform
administrative functions. By employing proper communication
skills, the supervisor can destroy barriers caused by personnel
who are in turmoil and conflict. This course begins at 8:30 a.m.
and concludes at 4:30 p.m. each day.
