This three-day introductory course is designed to assist
first and second line supervisors, or individuals with promotion
potential, in developing and applying sound management and
leadership principles. Topics include: Leadership Values; Human
Behavior; Communication; Stress Management; Decision Making; and
Delegation. This course will begin at 8:00 a.m. and conclude at
5:00 p.m. each day.

The Criminal Justice Institute’s Supervision Courses enable officers to obtain more information regarding supervision principles and assists them in the day-to-day performance of their job.
