This six-hour course will include a review of the general
Fourth Amendment principles that impact the preparation and
execution of search warrants. A review of those Arkansas
decisions which impact the preparation and execution of search
warrants will be made. The law enforcement manager will then be
provided with information to ensure legal compliance in the
drafting of search warrants. The course begins at 9:00 a.m. and
concludes at 4:00 p.m.
