Key Principles for the Law Enforcement Training Officer

Becoming the Training Officer for a law enforcement agency is a unique and rewarding opportunity for a select group of officers. A large part of a training officer’s duties include maintaining records, ensuring course registrations are completed, travel and lodging reservations are made, and ensuring sworn and civilian personnel attend and receive credit for training programs.
