This training is designed to emphasize the importance of appreciating the various generations in police agencies to enhance employee and supervisory skills.  The course will also help officers work towards creating a respectful work environment.

The content of this training is a compilation of material from various sources including Generations at Work by Zemke, Raines and Flipczak and When Generations Collide by Lancaster and Stillman.  The training is highly interactive, involving small group discussions and exercises.  The goal is improved productivity through increased communication, teamwork and valuing different perspectives of all officers.

This course is designed for all certified law enforcement officers.
