The law enforcement community recognizes the significant threat Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD) can have on an officer’s well-being. PTSD is a growing epidemic in the law enforcement community, and those who work in the profession must take steps now to understand why is it important to understand what PTSD is, the signs and symptoms, and what coworkers, supervisors, and administrators can do to help those who are suffering with it. This class open to all certified law enforcement officers.
