Law Enforcement is in crisis. There are recruiting and retention issues throughout the country. Officers are killing themselves at tragic rates. Change is needed, especially when it comes to the culture of the police. That change starts with you!

Navigating a career in law enforcement is never easy and we often are left feeling as though we don’t have the power or knowledge to make a difference. We can only control so much but all too often we give up control on how we approach situations and how we react to outside influences because of what we believe others’ perceptions are.  The collateral damage results in the sacrifice of our mental, emotional, and physical well-being.

Regardless of your gender, rank, assignment, or level of experience, this course will provide you with the necessary tools to level up and excel within this profession as an individual, as a team member, and as a leader.

The course is for certified law enforcement officers.
