Memberships for 2025
The Criminal Justice Institute (CJI) is pleased to inform you of important updates to our membership invoicing and payment processes for the January through December 2025 cycle.
These enhancements are designed to streamline our operations and improve efficiency, allowing us to serve your agency better.
Key Changes for 2025 Membership
New Invoicing Process—Invoices will now be generated through the University of Arkansas Workday System. To easily create an account for your agency and request an invoice, fill out this membership request form on our website. We’ll take care of the rest!
Payment Methods—Check payments will no longer be accepted through the Criminal Justice Institute. Please see the details on accepted payment methods that will be included on each invoice.
Improved Processing Times—This new system will reduce processing time for invoice generation and payment reconciliation, enhancing our efficiency.
No Change in Price Structure—There will be no change to our current membership price structure. Membership rates are based on your agency’s three-year average attendance. At the end of each fiscal year, this average is recalculated based on the total attendance in membership classes (free classes excluded).
We appreciate your cooperation and patience during this transition period. Our goal is to make the membership process as smooth as possible for your agency, so you can continue to access CJI’s full catalog of onsite and online courses without interruption.
