2026 CJI Membership Program
Thank you for your continued participation in the Criminal Justice Institute’s membership program!
Since its inception in 2018, this program has provided Arkansas law enforcement agencies with comprehensive access to CJI’s onsite and online training, while supporting the expansion of programs and services that address the evolving and increasingly complex demands of law enforcement across our state.
Your agency’s partnership has played a vital role in CJI’s continued growth, innovation, and service to Arkansas law enforcement. We are sincerely grateful for your ongoing support and the confidence you place in our mission.
2026 Membership Rates
No Change in Price Structure—There will be no change to our current membership price structure.
2026 AGENCY UNLIMITED MEMBERSHIP RATES
| $6,250: Over 200 attendances per year | $1,250: 50 attendances per year. |
| $5,000: 200 attendances per year. | $625: 25 attendances per year. |
| $3,750: 150 attendances per year. | $375: 15 attendances per year. |
| $2,500: 100 attendances per year. | $250: 10 attendances per year. |
| $1,875: 75 attendances per year. | $125: 5 attendances per year. |
The agency membership rate is based on your agency’s average attendance over the past three years. This membership fee provides unlimited attendance for all agency personnel—including sworn officers, non-sworn staff, jailers, and administrative staff.
Classes in our traffic safety program and safe school program continue to be free of charge. Also, please note that free classes provided through grants or special funding are not included in your average.
Requesting an Invoice
If you are renewing an existing Membership, please fill out the Membership Invoice Request Form. An invoice will be emailed to you shortly.
If you are requesting a Membership for the first time, please fill out this Membership Request Form to easily create an account for your agency. Shortly, you will receive an invoice from us that is generated through the University of Arkansas Workday System.
Payment Methods—Check payments will no longer be accepted through the Criminal Justice Institute. Please see the details on accepted payment methods that will be included on each invoice. If special payment arrangements are needed, please contact us directly.
