Sex Offender Management Course

The Sex Offender Management Course equips first responders with a basic understanding of the Arkansas Community Corrections Sex Offender Aftercare Program and Sex Offender Services. Participants who attend this training will learn to define what a sexual offender is;   discuss the basics of sexual offenses, myths, foundation of sex offender laws; Sex Offender Levels/ SOCNA Reports; Purpose/ Roles of ACC’s SOAP and SOS Team; Brief introduction of CVSA; Introduction of Polygraph Examinations; A basic introduction of Polygraph will also be discussed as it pertains to the agency’s (ACC) need. This training is designed for all certified law enforcement officers, and corrections personnel.
