Communications for Law Enforcement ONLINE Updated for 2020

Communications for Law Enforcement ONLINE, a 14-hour course designed to provide the knowledge and skills necessary for law enforcement officers to communicate with others in a professional manner, has been updated for 2020. The updated course topics include Basics of Communication, Law Enforcement Effective Communication Skills, IMPACT Model of Communication for Law Enforcement, Non-verbal Communication and Reading Body Language, Verbal Judo/Tactical Communication, De-Escalation Techniques, and Emotional Intelligence.

In addition to new content, this class has been published in HTML5 and will not require the use of Flash. This change will allow the class to be completed on a wider range of smart and/or mobile devices.
