2026 Impaired Driving Conference

The Criminal Justice Institute will host a 12-hour Impaired Driving Conference on September 3-4, 2026 at the Wyndham Riverfront Hotel, 2 Riverfront Place, North Little Rock, Arkansas.

This conference is for Certified Drug Recognition Experts and Certified Standardized Field Sobriety Instructors Only.

Conference attendees will receive 12 CLEST hours and 12 hours of DRE recertification training for successfully attending the entire conference.

The conference will focus on the latest research, methods, and initiatives used to detect, evaluate, and prosecute the impaired driver. Some of the topics will include the following:

  • Evolving Drug Trends
  • Legal Updates
  • Toxicology
  • DRE Standards and Recent Updates

Note: Lunch will be provided at the conference.
