This course is designed to strengthen entry techniques and tactical movements of officers during warrant services.  Officers will be trained to utilize the safest and most efficient movements to approach structures/vehicles and quickly control those areas to increase the success of arrests and evidence collection.  Officers will be taught entry and clearing techniques based on mission-specific objectives such as largely populated structures, vehicle assault on mobile suspects, barricaded gunmen, and warrant services transitioning into hostage barricades. In addition, officers will learn techniques for approaches to structures and perimeter control, as well as, manual breaching techniques to access entry points.  Practical exercises will test learning objectives through the use of Airsoft weapon systems.
