Advanced Principles of Leadership for First-Line Supervisors
Advanced Principles of Leadership for First-Line Supervisors was designed to build the skills of law enforcement personnel who are making the transition from officer to supervisor, and those who were recently promoted. This 28-hour course, developed by Arkansas law enforcement supervisors, will examine the importance of time management; supervision vs. leadership; functions and practices; communication skills; and motivation and team building. This course is ideal for those who are looking to advance in their agencies through promotional opportunities.
