Management of Evidence and Recovered Property

This course is designed to give participants a thorough understanding of the purposes, procedures, and policy development issues and Arkansas state statutes and case law related to the custody of evidence and recovered property.  Participants will examine several methods and procedures for storing property, discuss evidence and property control records and learn effective methods for improving the security, control and disposition of evidence and recovered property under Arkansas law.  This program is intended for all sworn and civilian law enforcement personnel; administrative, command, supervisory and line, having responsibility for the security, control or disposition of evidence and recovered property.
