Special Topics for Crisis Negotiations: Case Studies and Advanced Negotiation Techniques
The Special Topics for Crisis Negotiations: Case Studies and Advanced Negotiation Techniques course is designed to provide crisis negotiators with advanced training. Through the presentation of case studies and influence tools, an advanced crisis negotiation technique, negotiators will gain valuable information to help sharpen their skills as trained negotiators.
COURSE OBJECTIVES:
To supplement the knowledge base of trained crisis negotiators. This training will also reinforce the principles taught in the 40-hour “Basic Crisis Negotiations Course”.
