Once I am registered for a course and have my login information, how do I access and complete the course?

We are in the process of moving to a new online class system!  Which system you use will depend on which class you take – eventually all classes will be on Genius/Blackboard instead of Adobe Connect.

For Genius/Blackboard classes, after you either receive a password or reset it, you will see the course under the Active Courses area of Genius.  When you click on the class title, Blackboard will open up in another browser window and you will access the course there.  If you log out, you will be able to start the class where you left it the next time you log in.  Here’s the Quick Start Guide for Genius/Blackboard for more information.

For Adobe Connect, the first time you log in, you will be prompted to change your password. Just choose a password with at least four characters. Then you will see the course. Click the “open” button to begin! If you log out, the course will start again where you left it the next time you log in.  You can also review our Quick Start Guide for additional information.

Please complete all modules of the class, including the evaluation, to receive credit and a certificate of completion for the class. Please let us know if you have any difficulty in finding or completing the evaluation.
