  1. Number of Child Maltreatment Investigations (All Investigations Involving Allegations of Child Maltreatment)
  2. Number of Child Maltreatment-Related Arrests
  3. Number of Juvenile Arrests
  4. Number of Child Maltreatment Fatalities
  5. Number of Incidents Involving Controlled Substances (All Allegations and/or Arrests Whether Children were Involved or Not)
  6. Number of PAY Check Notifications Sent to the Schools
